Honestly, one of my favorite tasks is to create line art for instruction sheets because of its ability to showcase a complex process in a visually interesting way. My work focuses on clarity, consistency, and accessibility, ensuring that each illustration helps the user seamlessly through every step. By combining technical accuracy with clean, minimalist design, I’m able to make instructions easy to follow and ensure they’re visually engaging, while accurate to the reality of assembling the product.

For line art drawings, I’m given Solidworks CAD files to isolate elements for the parts sheet and step-by-step guide. From there, I export the files into Adobe Illustrator to clean up the drawings, and to ensure that they’re easily readable digitally and in print.
